Second floor just needs the finished hardwood floors.

After floors this would be a huge pain to do since you would need to pull the door out and saw the jamb. First floor i need to put 3 4 plywood subfloor and vapor barrier to the concrete slab floor base. In summary no you do not do the floor tile last. Install a new tub shower unit.
